PRIVACY POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

This Privacy Policy explains how Escape Seoul ("the Game", "we", "us") handles information when you use the Game.

Escape Seoul does not collect, store, or transmit personal information to us. The Game runs offline. There is no account system operated by us, no advertising SDK, and no analytics or tracking SDK.

The only optional exception is Google Play Games sign-in, described in Section 3. That sign-in is provided and controlled by Google, not by us.

2. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT

We do not collect any of the following:

• Name, email address, phone number, or postal address
• Precise or approximate location
• Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or files on your device
• Advertising identifiers (AAID/GAID) — the Game contains no ad SDK
• Analytics events, usage statistics, or crash telemetry
• Payment or financial information

Locally stored data

Game progress, stage results, and settings are saved only on your device in the app's private storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Uninstalling the Game deletes it.

3. GOOGLE PLAY GAMES SIGN-IN (OPTIONAL)

The Game offers optional sign-in through Google Play Games Services. If you choose to sign in:

• Google may process a Play Games account identifier, your gamer profile, and achievement or saved-game data in order to provide the service.
• This processing is performed by Google under Google's own privacy policy. We do not receive, store, or have access to your Google account credentials or personal profile details.
• You can decline sign-in and play the Game normally. You can also revoke access at any time in your Google account or the Google Play Games app.

4. PERMISSIONS

The Game requests only the permissions required for basic operation on Android. It does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, SMS, or storage outside its own app directory. Network access, where present, is used solely for Google Play Games sign-in and Google Play services.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because we collect no personal information at all, no such data can be gathered through the Game. If you believe a child has provided personal information through Google Play Games sign-in, please manage or delete it through the relevant Google account settings.

6. DATA SHARING AND SALE

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties, because we do not collect it. We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Since we hold no personal data on our own servers, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on your behalf. To remove locally stored game data, clear the app's data in Android settings or uninstall the Game. To remove Play Games data, use your Google account controls.

8. YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on your jurisdiction (for example under the GDPR, the CCPA, or Korea's Personal Information Protection Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. As we do not hold personal information, these requests are best directed to Google for any Play Games data. You may still contact us with any question and we will respond.

9. SECURITY

Game data stays in your device's app-private storage, protected by the Android operating system's sandboxing. No system is perfectly secure, but because no personal data is transmitted to us, there is no server-side store of your information to be exposed.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If the Game later adds features that process data — such as advertising, analytics, or online services — we will update this policy and revise the "Last updated" date above before those features ship. Continued use of the Game after an update means you accept the revised policy.
